Who answers late night calls for maintenance?
Owners Answers
We provide all residents with our 24 hour emergency phone number. These calls are picked up by an answering service. The answering service then calls the property manager on call. The manager on call will take the resident’s call and determine how to proceed. Often we can solve a problem over the phone, if not the manager will contact a member of our maintenance crew or one of our vendors that is also on call 24 hours a day.
