What will be the condition of my rental unit before I move in?

Prior to move-in we meet with tenants and conduct an inspection for damage and obvious wear and tear by filling out a Landlord/Tenant Checklist form.  This checklist will be used as a record of the property condition upon vacating the rental unit.
