What is your screening process for new applicants?
Owner Answers
A complete detailed written application and two forms of identification are required from each prospect. We perform the following: check with previous landlords, verify income and employment, obtain a credit report from a credit reporting agency, request proof of immigration status. Applicants must meet all requirements prior to being approved as residents and proceeding to the lease process.
A non-refundable fee of $30 per application is required to cover the costs of reviewing credit, criminal, employment, and rental history. The application fee can be paid in check, cash or money order form. The application fee is not refundable.
