Upon receipt of notice that your resident is moving, we start the marketing process in accordance with your individualize pre-defined marketing plan. We market vacancies through our websites, other rental websites, for rent signs at the property and print ads if needed.  We also receive rental inquiries from prospects familiar with Metro Property Management.
