After Hours Emergency Response
Emergency Response 24/7 In case of fire or other emergency, please dial 911. Other maintenance emergencies can be reported to our 24 hour maintenance emergency line at 408-882-7341. With our 24 hour emergency response, you have the ability to notify our property managers of problems with your rental by calling 408-997-9592.
Non-Emergency Repair Requests Repair requests may be submitted to us by using the repair form found in the Tenants section of our website. Your repair request will be e-mailed directly to us. We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
