After Hours Emergency Response
Emergency Response 24/7 In case of fire or other emergency, please dial 911. Other maintenance emergencies can be reported to our 24 hour maintenance emergency line. With our 24 hour emergency response, you have the ability to notify our property managers of problems with your rental by calling 408-997-9592.
Non-Emergency Repair Requests Repair requests may be submitted to us by using the repair form found in the Tenants section of our website. Your repair request will be e-mailed directly to us. We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
